In our construction division, a directional bore operator will be working in a two-man operation with a support crew of up to 5 people. He will act as one of the leaders in his crew. He will coordinate the whole process which consist of analysing the work order, preparing the machine, working the drill and managing the locating and guidance of the machine. This person will oversee new and advance bore drills such as Vermeer and Ditch Witch.

In our construction division, a fiber splicer responsibility will be to splice optic cables in both indoor and outdoor settings. He will need to create and maintain splicing schematics and diagrams. He will need to maintain adequate splicing notes, respect timelines and provide accurate inspecting and troubleshooting

In our technical division, an RF technician will be responsible in installing, maintaining and upgrading hybrid fibre/coax systems systems such as wireless internet access point, two-way radios, power supplies, trunk amplifiers, nodes, satellite systems, etc. He will provide technical support in testing and troubleshooting new and existing systems.

In our engineering division, an outside plant designer will be working collaboratively in a large team. He will plan, develop and document all workable and buildable OSP cabling systems. He will be primarily responsible for conducting the detailed design, permitting and project management processes.

He will coordinate the whole process which consist of analysing the work order, preparing his equipment, operating the bucket truck and managing his support crew. This person will oversee new and advance bucket truck and equipment.
